I have very sensitive and reactive skin, so I followed Good Molecules’ advice and used the treatment once a week until the skin built up a tolerance, but even with regular use, I could only use the product once a week, but even I’ve also seen a dramatic improvement in my skin’s texture with weekly use.

It does sting slightly when you first apply it, but it doesn’t sting or burn. If I have blemishes, I hate how the skin around them always looks dry and flaky, no matter what blemish treatment I use. However, this serum works amazingly at smoothing and flaking-free the skin around blemishes, so they’re easier to cover with concealer.

I love how well the Good Molecules Overnight Exfoliating Treatment works on any uneven texture. I even applied it to where I have keratosis pilaris and it made a noticeable difference. I’d love for Good Molecules to make a body version of this exact formula, because I bet it would be great for treating ingrown hairs on legs after shaving.

I love a good mint or herbal body wash, especially in the morning shower when you’re half asleep, because they leave you feeling refreshed. I love the Lush description on the Dirty Springwash bottle. Describe it as the ecstatic tingle of menthol crystals and the refreshing scent of spearmint that lures you like no one has stepped on snow and inspires you to act.

The spearmint is very pronounced and smells very fresh. It’s the perfect body wash if you have a cold or congested sinuses, and it’s scented so strongly it will keep your entire bathroom smelling good for hours.

Not only does it make your bathroom smell great, but the scent lingers on the skin for two to three hours, and it’s a nice unisex fragrance too. It’s not the most moisturizing Lush body wash I’ve tried, but if you like fresh, minty or herbal scents, you’ll love Lush Dirty Springwash Body Wash.

I’ve talked about my allergies before but I have many allergies including garlic, potatoes, horse and mustard. I have issues with skin, food and airborne allergens and thanks to testing I have been able to identify what my allergens are so I can try to avoid triggers.
