Whenever I buy a beauty product, I usually share it on my blog after I’ve tried it so I can let you know what I think and if I would recommend it.I like to share more lifestyle content, so when I buy Bauer Rechargeable Electric Thermos I’m not sure if anyone wants to read it, so I’m not sure if I should blog about it.
However, I did look online for blog reviews before buying and couldn’t find any UK reviews, so I figured I’d blog about it because I’m so glad I bought it.
I’m a huge fan of heat therapy for pain relief, but I’m personally not a fan of traditional hot water bottles. Mainly because I had an accident when I was a kid and a leaking thermos burned my leg, so I haven’t really trusted them since. Bought an electric hot water bottle earlier this year and it does work, but it is attached to the power cord so there are limited places to use it, so I have been looking for an electric hot water bottle that can be separated from the power cord.

The Bauer rechargeable electric thermos is £13 i from amazon In purple color. To be honest, I don’t care too much about the color, but I chose the purple one because it comes with free shipping, while the pink one doesn’t. In the box, you’ll get a power cord, thermos, and instructions. What really appeals to me about the Bauer version is that it’s completely removable, yet it heats up quickly and lasts a long time after it’s warmed up.
The top of the thermos has a white plastic ring with a Bauer twist cap that gives you access to the charging point. Once you warm up the bottle, you can put the cap on, which is super comfortable to use, which I love. The charging unit clips on to the three silver prongs and has an LED bulb that turns red to let you know it’s charging, once the hot water bottle reaches maximum temperature the red light turns off and you just need to remove it from the hot water water bottle and turn the cap to cover the metal prongs.

The Bauer Rechargeable Electric Thermos takes about 8-12 minutes to fully charge and is said to keep warm for up to 5-6 hours after charging. During those 5-6 hours the temperature does drop, I would say it only stays on top for about two hours before it starts to cool down. I like its relatively compact size, and because it’s wireless, you can use it however you want.I especially like to use it on the neck and shoulders relieve tensionbut it also helps with IBS or menstrual cramps, back pain, and also helps with pain from my plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis.
I think £13 is a great deal, and the fact that you don’t have to worry about refilling the jug with boiling hot water is a huge plus. I also use it on super cold nights to try and warm up when I feel like I can’t keep warm, and it does a really good job of warming my bed.I really wish it would hold the temperature longer like a traditional thermos stay hot longerbut the peace of mind knowing I won’t burn myself is definitely worth it, and I won’t be going back to a traditional thermos now.
