AXIS-Y Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoule

One of the best parts of being a beauty blogger is being introduced to beauty brands you’ve never heard of, and AXIS-Y is a brand I was introduced to back in early March and I can’t wait to try it Some of their skin care products. Y axis yes K Beauty, a climate-inspired skincare brand based in Seoul, South Korea, AXIS-Y Artichoke Skin Barrier Strengthening Ampoule It’s one of two products I’ve tried recently.

It claims to increase and maintain the skin’s moisture, reduce the size of enlarged pores and wrinkles, and balance the skin’s oil production.

Its formula contains six natural ingredients; tea tree Due to its anti-inflammatory properties, it relieves painful irritations, Centella It works with the skin’s natural healing process to prevent acne scars, burdock root removes harmful skin cells, aloe vera Soothes the skin and acts as an anti-inflammatory, licorice Calms sensitive skin inflammation caused by pollutants and rosacea, finally okra Deeply hydrates and supports the development of healthy skin cells.

The directions for use of AXIS-Y Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoule are very simple, so it is easy to incorporate into your existing skin care routine. You just use it after your toner (or like me with AXIS-Y Daily Purifying Treatment Toner) and pat it over your face until it’s fully absorbed. Then you can follow up with your moisturizer and SPF. AXIS-Y also offers a great tip of adding hydration with a drop of liquid mixed in foundation.

AXIS-Y Artichoke Fortifying Skin Barrier Ampoule has a viscous serum-like consistency and feels very lightweight and hydrating. It almost feels like a serum in that it’s watery but potent enough to hydrate instantly, and when it dries it has a slightly sticky feel on the skin that’s actually perfect for wearing under my makeup.

If you apply AXIS-Y Artichoke Fortified Skin Barrier Ampoule Bare Skin Without Makeupthe stickiness wears off in a minute or so, but I feel like the initial stickiness helps my makeup adhere to my skin better.

I really love how AXIS-Y Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoule hydrates my super dry and dehydrated skin. However, there is a benefit that I never expected, but I am very excited about. I have some tiny broken capillaries on the sides of my nose and I’m really embarrassed about them.

Skincare didn’t do anything to them, or they didn’t until I started using AXIS-Y Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoules (and AXIS-Y Daily Purifying Treatment Toner). Don’t get me wrong, they haven’t (and won’t) fade away, but they’ve faded a lot, and I can only imagine that by using the AXIS-Y duo at the same time, I’ll see even more fading.

Aside from my broken capillaries looking less red and obvious, I also noticed that the AXIS-Y Artichoke Intensive Skin Barrier Ampoule plumped up the dehydration lines on the top of my cheeks and reduced my acne scarring.
