Now that night is falling, I love the cozy vibe of scented candles and the wedding stationery retailer’s sister company, Kindred Fires Norma Dorothy, launched its own candle shop.I’m happy to use one of these norma&dorothy Advent calendar candles from last Christmasso I knew I was going to love their new line of candles.
Kindred Fires Personalized Candle
Kindred Fires is said to be the home of beautiful personalized gift candles. Their luxurious candles are handcrafted in their Manchester-based studio, and their range helps customers celebrate life’s milestones in meaningful, tangible ways through products crafted with heart.
Kindred Fires offers many different candles, but Kindred Fires Personalized Candle is the one I chose. Kindred Fires makes many different personalized candles for different occasions such as Christmas, anniversaries, weddings and birthdays. They also offer a range of candles with more general personalization, such as horoscopes and zodiac signs.
Kindred Fires Personalized Candles are £24, and comes in a stunning, thick, frosted white frosted glass jar. The front of the candle has a cutout design with my initials in the center and a delicate floral pattern around the edge. The cutout design means that as the candle burns, the floral design and initial glow when lit looks beautiful and cozy.
Once you have chosen the candle design of your choice, you can also choose the scent of the candle. All Kindred Fires candles are hand poured with soy wax and have a burn time of 40 hours.
Kindred Fires includes a helpful guide to all the different fragrances, I chose Sandalwood and Black Pepper The fragrance is described as masculine and sweet with musky notes, creating an adventurous, indulgent scent.
I love spicy, warm scents, so I knew I would love sandalwood and black pepper. If spicy smells aren’t your thing, they have 11 beautiful scents to choose from. Kindred Fire candles make great gifts for any occasion, and I love being able to use the pretty jars to store my makeup brushes after the candles are done.
