Like the candle, Aldi No 10 Oud & Bergamot Reed Diffuser is part of the Aldi Hotel Collection of luxury home fragrances. Aldi has made Hotel Collection products before, and made different color packaging for these candles and aromatherapy machines. They make a rainbow version of Oud & Bergamot, but I’m going to cover the matte charcoal glass effect of the candle/reed diffuser as it contrasts nicely with the metal lid.
The candles really wowed me, but unfortunately the Aldi No 10 Oud & Bergamot Reed Diffuser was a bit disappointing in comparison. This candle has an amazing fragrance and is a truly high quality candle.
This reed diffuser smells incredible, but you can’t smell it unless you hold the stick. Even flipping the sticks regularly and reducing the number of sticks doesn’t make any difference and it’s a shame the smell is so lovely.
I’ve tried putting a reed diffuser in a smaller room to see if that improves the scent, but it doesn’t project into any room. It’s very aesthetically pleasing, but a reed diffuser that doesn’t emit any scent is kind of pointless, so while I love and wholeheartedly recommend candles, the reed diffuser is an easy skip for me.
